xampp 설치시 improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method. 애러 뜰시
아래와 같이 C:\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf 파일에서
'LoadModule ssl_module modules/mod_ssl.so
위ssl모듈항목에 주석처리하면된다.
ssl 모듈 포트와 웹포트가 충돌되어 아파치가 시작않되는것이 이유이다.
